(A) Camshaft Profile Control Performance/Stuck Off

The Engine Control Module (ECM) monitors the "A" Camshaft Profile Control Bank 2. The ECM sets the OBDII code when the "A" Camshaft Profile Control Bank 2 is out of factory specifications.

Cause:
Faulty Camshaft Variable Timing Solenoid
Camshaft Variable Timing Solenoid harness is open or shorted
Camshaft Variable Timing Solenoid circuit poor electrical connection

Symptoms:
Check engine light
