Charge Air Cooler Temperature Sensor Circuit Intermittent/Erratic

The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) continuously monitors the Charge Air Cooler Temperature Sensor for concerns. The OBDII code is set when the Charge Air Cooler Temperature Sensor is out of factory specifications.

Cause:
Faulty Charge Air Cooler Temperature Sensor
Charge Air Cooler Temperature Sensor harness is open or shorted
Charge Air Cooler Temperature Sensor circuit poor electrical connection

Symptoms:
Check engine light
