Charge Air Cooler Bypass Control (B) Circuit High

The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) controls and monitors the Charge Air Cooler Bypass Control Valve which controls airflow through the charge air cooler. The PCM sets the OBDII code when the Charge Air Cooler Bypass Control Valve stops working to the PCM signal.

Cause:
Faulty Air Cooler Bypass Control Valve
Air Cooler Bypass Control Valve harness is open or shorted
Air Cooler Bypass Control Valve circuit poor electrical connection
Faulty Powertrain Control Module (PCM)

Symptoms:
Check engine light
