Cylinder 12 - Fuel Trim at Max Limit

The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) monitors the fuel pressure at the fuel rail through the Fuel Pressure Sensor (FPS). The PCM sets the OBDII code when the fuel pressure is out of factory specifications.

Cause:
Faulty Fuel Injector 12
Clogged or Leaking Fuel Injector 12
Fuel Injector 12 harness is open or shorted
Fuel Injector 12 circuit poor electrical connection

Symptoms:
Check engine light
