Starter Relay Circuit High

While the engine is being cranked, the battery positive voltage is applied to starter terminal of the ECM.

Cause:
Park/neutral position (PNP) relay (starter relay)
Park/neutral position (PNP) relay (starter relay) harness is open or shorted
Park/neutral position (PNP) relay (starter relay) circuit poor electrical connection
Faulty Transmission Control Module (TCM)

Symptoms:
Check engine light
Engine may not start
