Gate Select Position Circuit High

The Transmission Control Module (TCM) monitors the Gate Select Position Actuator. The TCM sets the OBDII code when the Gate Select Position Actuator is not to factory specifications.

Cause:
Faulty Gate Select Position Sensor
Gate Select Position Sensor harness is open or shorted
Gate Select Position Sensor circuit poor electrical connection

Symptoms:
Check engine light
