Engine Coolant Level Low

The Engine Control Module (ECM) monitors the Engine Coolant Level Sensor circuit and Coolant Level. The ECM sets the OBDII code when the Coolant Level Sensor signal indicates that the Coolant Level is too low.

Cause:
Faulty Coolant Level Sensor
Coolant Level Sensor harness is open or shorted
Coolant Level Sensor circuit poor electrical connection

Symptoms:
Check engine light
