Exhaust Aftertreatment Glow Plug Control Circuit/Open

The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) monitors the Exhaust Aftertreatment Glow Plug Control Circuit. The PCM sets the OBDII code when the Exhaust Aftertreatment Glow Plug Control Circuit is out of factory specifications.

Cause:
Faulty Exhaust Aftertreatment Glow Plug
Exhaust Aftertreatment Glow Plug harness is open or shorted
Exhaust Aftertreatment Glow Plug circuit poor electrical connection

Symptoms:
Check engine light
